We accept secure payments through our website. Orders will not begin processing until payment is received in full.

- Processing time: 2-3 Business Days for ready to ship orders. Customized or personalized products will take longer.
- Shipping times vary based on carrier and location.
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

We offer free local pickup in North Hallsboro, NC.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready.
- Pickup instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
